Project Initiation & Cancellation

At CoreMentors, we allocate dedicated engineering teams and infrastructure resources upon project confirmation. Our refund and cancellation policy is structured around the milestone-driven nature of our work.

Cancellation Window: 48 Hours Post-Engagement

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are evaluated under the following specific criteria:

  • Non-Delivery: If CoreMentors fails to initiate a project milestone within 7 working days of the scheduled start date.

  • Milestone Specific: Refunds are only applicable to milestones that have not yet reached the "In Progress" or "Review" phase as per our internal project management systems.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain expenses incurred on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable once the project is initialized:

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
Domain & SSL Registrations
Third-party API Licenses

3. Refund Disbursement Architecture

Approved refund requests are processed via the original payment rail used during the transaction (Bank Transfer, Stripe, Razorpay, etc.). Processing typically follows this timeline:
