Terms of Service.

01Acceptance of Engagement

By engaging CoreMentors for IT consultancy, software development, or digital strategy, you agree to these Terms of Service. All engagements are supplementary to the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between the parties. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and CoreMentors.

02Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

The ownership of all work products, including but not limited to source code, documentation, logic flows, and UI/UX designs, is governed as follows:

  • Pre-existing IP: All proprietary tools, frameworks, and libraries used by CoreMentors remain our exclusive property.

  • Project-Specific IP: Upon full and final payment of all invoiced amounts, ownership of the custom-developed software components is transferred to the Client.

03Service Delivery & Milestones

CoreMentors operates on an agile, milestone-based delivery model. Timelines provided are estimates based on the current project scope. Any modifications to the scope (Change Requests) will be documented through a formal Change Order and may impact delivery dates and cost structures.

04Liability & Warranties

CoreMentors warrants that its services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, given the nature of software development, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project milestone that gave rise to such claim.

Legal Governance

These terms are subject to the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Vadodara, Gujarat.
